When it came to discussing exactly what they would do before they began, I found them to be very professional. We were given a lot of colour options and top-coating options to choose from, which helped us immensely because we have animals, and a lasting finish was important to us. Although we chose a slightly more expensive option, we are very happy with the way our floor looks and its performance. Ned was a very good contractor, and it was a pleasure to work with him.

The wooden floors in my home (staircase, living room, and kitchen) were restored to perfection. Ned arrived on time and was very polite; he showed us four different stains and demonstrated how it would look when finished on the sandblasted floors. He also replaced and repaired my stair nosings so that they matched the new threads and tapes. The entire job was completed in record time (two days) with no dirt or dust left for me to clean up. I don’t know what magic Ned did, but our nine-year-old solid walnut floor looks brand new; it had been pretty beaten up. Our worry about dust and odor issues was totally unnecessary in hindsight; I was completely surprised by how undisruptive the entire process was.
